CNC Machining CGR
Technologies Inc. uses CNC Machining capabilities to
serve industries from transportation to machine tool to electronics, and
more. Our 3-axis machines feature live tooling to efficiently produce
parts of any complexity, with a work envelope of 45 in. x 25 in. x 20
in. Whether machine components, engine, turbine, or hydraulic
components, construction equipment, shafts, forgings, pins or valves, we
can produce any piece, in low volume runs or aluminum prototypes.
Products
can be manufactured using standard metals, a range of exotic and
precious metals like Inconel and palladium, plastic polymers including
ABS and polypropylene, or other materials like ceramic or granite. Our
machines feature spindles and chuck adapters and carry out processes
from drilling, boring, and tapping, to reaming, flat end, chamfer, and
twist milling, as well as high speed steel (HSS) cutting. Contact our
