CNC Swiss Machining

Precision Swiss MachiningAt our specialty production shop, CGR Technologies Inc. offers CNC Swiss machining with capacities up to 5/8 in. diameters and lengths up to 4 inches. Our single-spindle, automatic feed machines are able to handle our low volume and small production runs with maximum speed and efficiency. With CNC capabilities and 5-axis machining, we can produce parts with intricate features, such as gears, valves, connector pins, fittings, and fasteners.

Beyond our general turning, milling and boring capacities, we can produce pieces with broaching, and slotting features, and also use machinery for external and internal thread cutting, tapping, and thread milling and rolling. Working with a wide variety of materials: alloy steels and copper to molybdenum and super alloys, to polymers like ABS and polycarbonate, we possess the capabilities and expertise to meet any requirement you may have. We accept SolidWorks files and also use CAD and CAM design services, and can also reverse engineer existing parts. Contact us to discuss your project in more detail.
